This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) informs you about the types, scope and purposes of processing of personal information (including personal data), which the Company and/or its affiliates may receive when you use the sites ncloudtech.ru, ncloudtech.com, myoffice.ru, blog.myoffice.ru, careers.myoffice.ru, edit.myoffice.ru, support.myoffice.ru and partners.myoffice.ru (hereinafter referred to as “Websites”), applications MyOffice, including desktop applications MyOffice (hereinafter referred to as “Desktop applications”), and their components (including, but not limited to, MyOffice Text, MyOffice Spreadsheet, MyOffice Presentation, MyOffice Logos, MyOffice Mail), applications provided within the demo stand auth.myoffice.ru (hereinafter referred to as “Applications”), other products and services of the Company (including, but not limited to, MyOffice Fonts and MyOffice SDK).
 
Sites, Applications, as well as other products and services of the Company are also referred to as “Services”.
 
This Policy uses the definitions corresponding to Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as “152-FZ”).
 
This Policy is the English translation of the original privacy policy written in Russian language which can be found on https://myoffice.ru/policy. In case of any discrepancies between Russian and English texts of the privacy policy the Russian text shall prevail.

Special information categories (in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 1 of 152-FZ) shall not be processed.

  • Users of the Applications and other products and services of the Company;
  • Visitors and users of Company’s Websites;
  • Company’s partners;
  • Participants of the Company’s events.

  • to provide stable operation of Websites, Applications and other products and services;
  • to maintain and improve the Websites, Applications and other products and services;
  • to develop new functions of Websites, Applications and other products and services;
  • to provide security and reliability of Websites, Applications and other products and services.

 

2. APPLICABLE LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for processing personal information (including personal data) is your consent. By using the Services, you agree that the Company may collect, store, use and otherwise process your personal information (including personal data).
 

3. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

Please read this Policy regularly. The policy will adapt to regulatory changes. The current version of the Policy is available at https://myoffice.ru/policy_en.
 
As soon as the changes require your additional consent or obligatory familiarization, you will be informed about this fact.
 

4. INFORMATION SECURITY

Data collection and processing processes ensure security at every stage of the data lifecycle.
 
The following factors are taken into account in the information security:

  • current technological horizon;
  • the cost of implementing protection measures;
  • types, categories and purposes of processing, as well as the probability and degree of risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals;
  • compliance of technical and organizational protection measures with the risks.

Measures include, but are not limited to, providing for the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as the processes of data entry, modification, deletion and transfer.
 
The Company has developed and implemented procedures to ensure that the rights of data subjects are observed, and to respond to data disclosure.
 
In addition, we consider the protection of personal data when developing or selecting hardware and software according to the principles of “privacy by default” and “privacy by design”.
 
Security measures include, in particular, data transmission over encrypted communication channels (TLS).
 

5. DATA PROCESSING

 

5.1. Applications

 
When you use Desktop Applications, the Company may receive data containing device identifiers on which Desktop Applications are installed, for the purpose of controlling the licensing policy.
 
When using Desktop Applications, the Company is not provided with any data other than those specified above.
 

5.2. Websites and other products and services of the Company

 
When you use Websites and Applications, the Cookie technology is applied (see section 5.3 of this Policy).
 
When you use Services, log files containing user data are maintained (see Section 5.4 of this Policy) for identification and troubleshooting purposes.
 
To request and get access to the Applications and other products and services of the Company on the Company’s Websites, it is required to provide the user credentials and data on the organization the user represents:

  • username (login);
  • user name, surname and patronymic (if any);
  • information and details of the organization the user represents;
  • contact e-mail address;
  • additional e-mail address.

 

5.3. Cookies technology

 
Cookies are information that is transferred to the user’s web browser and stored there for later retrieval and use.
 
When you interact with the Websites, session cookies are used; they are stored only during your current work session (e.g. to save status and login parameters).
 
Session cookies contain a randomly generated unique identification number (session identifier), as well as information about its origin and storage period. These files cannot store other data technologically. Session cookies are deleted at the end of the work session or when the browser is closed.
 
If you do not want the cookies to be stored on your device, you can deactivate the appropriate options in your browser settings. Cookies that have already been saved can also be deleted in the browser settings.
 
Excluding the use of cookies may result in functional limitations when using the Websites and other Services of the Company.
 

5.4. Log files

 
We collect and process data about each access to the servers that host the Websites and other Services of the Company (log files, logs).
 
The data stored in the log files includes:

  • the name of the requested resource;
  • the access date and time;
  • the volume of data transferred;
  • the result of the access operation;
  • the browser type and version;
  • information about the operating system;
  • information about the previously visited page;
  • IP-address.

 
These log files are stored for a maximum of seven days for the purpose of identifying and troubleshooting the Services and for security purposes (e.g., to investigate misuse or fraud).
 
Data whose further storage is required for the purposes of incident investigation is excluded from deletion until the incident is finally resolved.
 

6. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

All information collected as part of the Desktop Applications and Services is not transferred to third parties, but can be provided to government agencies upon official request under the laws of Russian Federation.
 

7. LIMITATIONS

Our Websites, Applications, other products and services are not intended for children under 16 years.
 
Thus, we do not collect, at least knowingly, information about persons under 16 years, and do not transfer it to third parties.
 

8. TERMS OF INFORMATION PROCESSING

We process your data only for the period of time necessary to achieve the goals set out in this Policy. Your data will be deleted immediately when the specified objectives are achieved.
 

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You are not obliged to consent to the transfer of your data to us and/or third parties.
 
If you refuse to provide us and/or third parties with your data, you cannot use the Websites, Applications and other products and services of the Company that require you to provide certain data.
 
When processing your data in accordance with this Policy, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed prior to such withdrawal of consent.
