New Cloud Technologies Ltd. Open Font License

This License Agreement is a contract of adhesion and is concluded in a simplified manner. By using the Original Font in any form You are consenting to the terms of this License Agreement.

Definitions

“Rightholder“ means New Cloud Technologies Ltd. which owns the exclusive right to the Original Font.

“You“ means any natural or legal person.

“Original Font“ means a font created by the Rightholder.

“Official Name“ means the name of the Original Font approved by the Rightholder.

“Modified Font“ means a font created as a result of You making any changes to the Original Font, including by adding new graphic elements to it, removing or replacing the original graphic elements, as well as changing the format of the Original Font or transferring it to a new medium.

The Rightholder grants You the right to use the Original Font (a simple (non-exclusive) license) and sets restrictions on the use of the Modified Font, under the following conditions:

- You have the right to modify, copy and distribute the Original Font and the Modified Font by You in any way, to combine them with any commercial and non-commercial products and include them into such products, subject to the following restrictions:

- Original Font and Modified Font and their individual graphic elements cannot be distributed on their own for a fee, that is, for the purpose of obtaining commercial benefits.

- You have the right to distribute the Original Font only under its Official Name. You may not use the Official Name for any use of the Modified Font.

- You have the right to distribute the Original Font and Modified Font only under the terms of this License Agreement. This requirement does not apply to documents created using the Original Font and Modified Font.

- When distributing Original Font and Modified Fonts, you must transmit, along with the fonts, the text of this License Agreement and information about the Rightholder of the Original Font provided above, without any changes. The text of the License Agreement must be placed either in a separate text file or embedded in the transmitted font so that the recipient can easily see and read it.

This License Agreement has no restrictions on the territory and period of use.

Right to Reproduce

The User is granted a non-exclusive right to reproduce the Original Font and/or Modified Font, including:

- Download, install, and store font files on an unlimited number of devices, within the scope of permitted use and in compliance with the terms of this License Agreement.

- Include the font in documents, electronic publications, web pages and other materials intended for distribution in any form (printed, electronic or digital).

- Use the font as part of images and graphics intended for publication and reproduction in any form, including commercial and non-commercial use, provided that the recipients of such materials are not permitted to extract the font file themselves.

Termination

In the event of Your violation of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, it is deemed unilaterally and extrajudicially terminated at the initiative of the Rightholder from the moment of any such violation committed by You.

Limitations

The original font is provided on an "as is" basis. The Rightholder does not provide any guarantees regarding its error-free and uninterrupted operation, compliance with Your specific goals and expectations, and does not provide any other guarantees.

Under no circumstances shall the Rightholder be liable for losses and damages caused by the use or inability to use the Original Font or Modified Font.
